Join us for a celebration and showcase of some of the most inspiring initiatives helping to build a positive and inclusive research culture here at the University of Leeds.

Whether you are directly involved in research or play a vital role in supporting it - or just curious about the culture shaping it – this event is for you. We welcome everyone in the research community: researchers, technicians, postdoctoral staff, professional services colleagues, postgraduate researchers, academics, and beyond.

Hosted by the Research Culture Team, this one-day in-person event is an opportunity to connect, learn, and reflect on what really makes a difference to research culture across our institution.

What to Expect:

We’ve curated a packed and engaging programme featuring:

  • A keynote from a leading voice in the sector
  • Presentations, lightning talks, and short films
  • Interactive workshops
  • Posters
  • Q&As, discussions, and opportunities to connect
  • Celebrations of what’s working across our Leeds research community and wider networks

Together, we’ll explore what’s working across our institution and from our wider networks, and learn from the creative, practical ways people are shaping research culture in their areas. You can find our provisional programme here: CoP Programme.
